Including a snap of Riley holding their son, Frances revealed the baby’s name is Ronin Walker Cobain Hawk.
And his skateboarding legend granddad commented to say: “My favourite grandson!”
Other snaps also show the newborn holding his parent’s hands.
And many of their famous pals commented to show some love for the family as singer (and friend of the late Cobain) Kim Gordon wrote: “Huge congratulations!”
Comic book writer and reality TV star Nick Simmons added: “Love you fran, and very happy for you. The prophecy is fulfilled.”
Actor and daughter of Bruce Willis, Tallulah Willis, penned: “WE LOVE YOU tiny prince!! What a beautiful gift to such special parents. You are so loved.”
Stipe also wrote in the comments: “With all the love and energy in the whole world.”
Harper Grohl, daughter of Kurt’s former Nirvana bandmate Dave Grohl, also commented with a heart and teary-eyed emojis as the late Robin Williams’ daughter, Zelda, wrote: “Ahhhh! Congrats!!!!”
Fans commented to say ‘this kid is gonna be SO awesome’ and added their huge congratulations.
Frances first confirmed she was dating Riley back in 2022 with a carousel of photos shared to Instagram reflecting on the year before.

One snap showed an almost mirror image of the pair cuddled up by the water alongside a similarly-posed Tony with his wife, Catherine Goodman.
And at the time, fans were buzzing to see the couple and made a prediction for what has now become reality: “If they had a child, their grandparents would be two of the largest icons from the nineties. Insane.”
Now 54 years old, Hawk remains a skateboarding legend and has inspired millions of kids across the globe to try and skate like him.

Hawk started skating when he was just nine-years-old, but it was that moment on 27 June, 1999, that proved he was on another level with his talents.
The epic stunt took place at the 1999 X Games, when Hawk stepped up to the ramp during the Best Trick competition.
Skateboarding fan Chris Morgan was watching the event as it happened, and recalled in Dose that there had been ‘rumours and murmurs of 900s being landed’, but they were never more than an urban legend.
Until Hawk came along.

The 900 involves two and a half spins on the board before landing, and it had never previously been caught on camera.
In fact, even up to the present day only four people have ever managed to land the turn, so it’s understandable that the crowd went wild when Hawk successfully touched back down in 1999.
It was a history-making moment, so it’s no surprise that afterwards, Hawk said: “This is the best day of my life.”
Laura, 37, and Adam, 28, seemed like an unusual cross over between the world of sports and reality TV when they first announced their romance last year, thanks to Adam’s track record on Love Island and Celebs Go Dating.
However, the couple are now looking forward to welcoming a bundle of joy into their family.
The pair announced their happy news via a joint post on Instagram, sharing an image of an ultrasound with their dog peeking out from behind.
“Hey, baby,” the caption read.
The couple have since turned off comments on the post, however, the post has since received over 100,000 likes from fans. Adam has also reposted the image to his story.
Laura and Adam first went public with their romance in October last year, with the Love Island star revealing exactly how he was able to secure a date with the ITV and TNT Sports presenter in an interview with the The Sun.
It turns out their romance started in the place where all great love stories begin – in Laura’s Instagram DMs.
“The first time we met – I’ll hold my hands up – I did DM her first and got a reply but then nothing ever happened,” Adam explained.
“Then she called us out for basically leaving her on read.”
He added: “It’s hard to meet people, isn’t it? I’m from Newcastle and eventually we met up, and then went on a very undercover date, and obviously what comes out in the press, comes out in the press, but it’s not always the full story.

“I’m kind of glad in a way as well, as I feel like there’s an element of having to hide too much now.”
Despite keeping their romance on the down-low in the first few months, the couple have since become a little more open about their relationship and now regularly share photos of each other on social media.
Adam has made no secret of his feelings for Laura either, revealing last December that he believed the former talkSPORT host was his ‘soulmate’.
“For someone who has the reputation of playing the most games (because of Love Island), I’m honestly heart on my sleeve and I can’t fake anything,” he told SafeBettingSites.com.
“If something’s wrong with me, you know about it. But Laura, she is the real deal. And I’m taking it easy.”
Fans were ecstatic that the former Made in Chelsea star won the 2023 version of the show, but many were devastated they won’t get to see him on the small screen every week.
They loved his energy during his stint on I’m A Celeb and were obsessed with the chemistry he had with runner up Tony Bellew.
“Give Sam and Tony one of those travel shows they love commissioning please,” one viewer said on social media.
Another added: “Sam and Tony are 100% coming out to a TV show offer right?”
A third wrote: “Please make a spinoff show for Sam and Tony.”
People were well and truly blown away by the duo’s bromance that blossomed during the show and they’re hoping the two will hang out more now that they’re out of the jungle.
But Sam’s affable, adorable, high energy were praised by his campmates as well as loads of people watching at home.
He was also celebrated for talking about his ADHD diagnosis on the show.
Thompson revealed to to the other celebrities that he only found out about his condition last year.
“There’s loads of people who are actually of a certain age who get diagnosed way later,” he explained in one episode.
“When the low bits happen it goes low. But then the highs are really high.”
He added: “If I’d known as a kid, not much would have changed, but how you feel about yourself probably changes.
“I remember crying into my textbook because I couldn’t understand the words going into my head. You want to do good. You don’t want to be mischievous or anything like that.”
Sam said that being on I’m A Celeb was a dream come true for him because he’s a huge fan of the show.
The 20-year-old – who has made a fortune on OnlyFans – took to social media this evening (1 December) to share the good news.
The phrase has since become a viral meme.
Nowadays, Bregoli is making staggering amount of money on OnlyFans.
