New exclusive footage obtained by LADbible has shown the horrified audience reactions in a screening of Terrifier 3 that saw nine walkouts in the first scene.

The footage, provided exclusively by Signature Entertainment, shows just how awfully gory the film is through the reactions of fans.

The UK Gala Premiere where the footage was taken was previously exclusively revealed by LADbible to have caused nine walkouts in the first scene, 11 total, and even one fan being sick.

Adding to this, there has been two people who fainted at a recent screening of the film in Australia, as well as an ambulance called to a screening of the movie in Chicago.

The Terrifier films are well known for their horrifying kill scenes which disgust and astound fans, but early reactions point to the threequel being the ‘worst’ yet.

If the faces of shock and disgust from that footage don’t tell you what to expect, I don’t know what does.

Whilst we can’t say what specifically elicited such massive reactions, having seen the film – they are completely warranted.

The first scene in particular, which spawned nine walkouts alone, has been a massive point of contention.

In an interview with JoBlo, director Damien Leone said of the first scene:

“Mark my words. I guarantee you the first five minutes of this movie is going to be very controversial.

“But that’s not even the big kill scene. So that’s why I was like, I need to just make this movie on my own, because it’s too insane.

“If you thought Art the Clown’s reign of terror in part two was extreme, you haven’t seen anything yet.”

In our exclusive interview with Leone, he confirmed that the kill from the film was so gruesome and gross, multiple actors turned down the roles of those involved in the scene when they heard what it entailed.

He told us: “We had a lot of actors who, they were really, really good.

“And then when it came down to the specifics, because you have to be very open with what am I going to shoot, how I show it right?

“I couldn’t be like, oh, there’s a massacre. And then you get to set, you’re like, wait, what do you want me to do?

“Not only that, I mean, we had to send them to the makeup effects studio to get the full body cast which is a very involved, elaborate process.

“So, some actors would get to a point where they were in the running for the top roles, and then when they found out what they really had to go through, they were like,’Nah, I’m sorry I can’t do this’.

“And thankfully, to the credit of [the actor whose character dies in the scene] they were just so game and so excited.”

Terrifier 3 is an ‘excessively gory’ slasher so disturbing it had specialist staff and sick bags at screening

The film is built for only the toughest of horror fans

Terrifier 3 has lived up to the hype of the previous two films by inspiring a whole host of massive reactions to its excessive gore and shocking scenes.

The gory slasher has had walkouts, vomit, and – in a newly revealed review from Australia – two people passing out in a cinema.

While many will be wondering whether this is an excessive over-reaction, I can confirm having seen it – it really isn’t.

The film carries on the story of Sienna Shaw (played by Lauren LaVera) from Terrifier 2, following her survival of Art the Clown’s rampage.

This may be the movie in the franchise with the most out there crazy kills – but it also is the one most interested in plot and character, with Sienna’s trauma from the second film a major part of Terrifier 3.

In watching the film at a UK screening, there were sick bags on every seats, warnings outside informing viewers that they had specialist staff on hand, and nine walkouts in the very first scene.

What caused that – in large part, was the kills in this movie.

They are vomit-inducing, heart-pounding, and utterly, utterly gross. The tactical move to go in with an empty stomach was a good one – and many viewers are likely going leave their lunches behind in the cinema.

One particular kill scene towards the climax of the film will undoubtedly stay with you, as I left the cinema worried that Art was going to climb into my dreams in the evening.

Though Terrifier 3 has an increased budget, director Damien Leone has stayed true to his core ideas in providing some of the most gross and disgusting kills in all of film.

The acting by Lauren LaVera as Sienna is a huge standout, alongside the obvious – David Howard Thornton as Art the Clown, who is incredible.

One fan who saw the film early tweeted: “David Howard Thornton was as menacing and funny as ever!

“Lauren LaVera gave the performance of a lifetime cementing Sienna Shaw as my favourite final girl.”

Another early viewer said: “Terrifier 3 might just have the most insane kill of the franchise. The audacity to even include it had me dying.”

Freelance film critic and senior writer for Film Focus Online Rebecca Johnson said: “#Terrifier3 is a great continuation of the franchise, and a solid addition into the Christmas horror sub-genre.

“It doesn’t expand much on the lore introduced in 2 and the story feels like filler, but the gruesome, inventive kills, humour and performances ensure lots of fun!”

The film’s gruesome and undeniably creative kills will leave you chilled, and if gore and unabashed murder is your thing, then Christmas has truly come early with this yuletide-set slasher.

Art the Clown is as terrifying as ever, but be warned going in – it’s not for everyone – and you may leave with less food in your stomach than you entered the theatre with.

'Traumatising' horror sequel Terrifier 3 leaves two people unconscious in scenes 'that don't sound real'

‘Traumatising’ horror sequel Terrifier 3 leaves two people unconscious in scenes ‘that don’t sound real’

Terrifier 3 hits UK cinemas this week and we might not be ready for it

As you’ve probably seen by now, Terrifier 3 seems to be living up to the reputation of the first two films.

The movie hasn’t even had a wide release yet and already we’re seeing mass walkouts, viewers throwing up, ambulances showing up to screenings, and now – two people passing out in the same screening of the film.

The film carries on the story of Terrifier 2 and sees Lauren LaVera’s Sienna Shaw making it out of a psychiatric unit following the trauma of the second film.

As she does, Art the Clown is back – and this time around he’s terrorising families just in time for Christmas as a horrifying psychopathic Santa.

Terrifier and Terrifier 2 feature some of the bloodiest and goriest scenes in all of cinema, most notably a scene in the sequel where a woman is scalped, before salt and bleach is poured on her sliced up back.

In the new film however, it appears that the gory scenes will be topping that (somehow).

Having seen it, I can’t spoil it, but some of the bloody murders are right up there with some of the worst ever put to film.

One Rotten Tomatoes verified Australian film critic by the name of Emma Wolfe revealed that two people passed out at her early screening of the movie.

She claimed one fainted in the opening scene, and another later on in the film.

She said in her review on YouTube, which was shared by director Damien Leone: “Can you tell me… why did two people faint right in front of me during that film?

“Both trying to run down the stairs to get out of the cinema because they felt so queasy.

“This poor girl gashed her head open, I felt so bad for her. I went and checked on her afterwards.

“She did get help. She was with her friend. It really shook me up too. It just took me out of the film for a moment.

“I’m not used to horror actually hurting people, so that was a really strange experience.

She went on to rebuke any criticism she expected to get, saying: “Before anyone says they’re paid actors, I saw the girl and she had injuries.

“They were both very young people. I feel really awful about it to be honest.

“It was a very scary moment trying to help them out.”

A second person tweeted about the scenes from the screening to verify it.

The film is out this week 11 October in the UK, and if the early reactions are anything to go by – cinema attendants are going to have a busy weekend with Joker 2 walkouts and Terrifier 3 viewers collapsing left, right and centre.

Terrifier 3 producer reveals his one condition for a fourth in the franchise as he says possible sequel will be the last

Terrifier 3 producer Phil Falcone spoke to LADbible about his plans for the franchise

Phil Falcone, the producer behind the Terrifier franchise who director Damien Leone said wouldn’t be possible without, has confirmed his personal conditions for a fourth Terrifier.

As well as this, Falcone stated that he believes if a fourth happens – that will be the last in the franchise.

Terrifier 3 is out next week and for fellow sickos around the world, Christmas has truly come early.

The yuletide-set slasher is returning to theatres with the franchise’s typical subtlety – by causing walkouts and vomiting through their graphic and gory scenes.

If you’re one of the many beloved and devoted fans this franchise has cultivated, or simply someone interested in the sickest grimmest kills horror can give you, Phil’s measured response will give you hope regarding a possible sequel.

When asked about the possibility of a fourth, he exclusively told LADbible “I think I’m of a mind, as long as the fans find this one good and they want another, but four should wrap up the series.

“It could always go on if the fans really wanted if Damien has something, one of the things me and Damian have discussed since the beginning is we don’t want it to go stale.

“We don’t want it to become one of those things where you say they should have stopped at two, they should have stopped at three, they definitely should have stopped at four.

“I think as long as we could keep it fresh and keep things going in the right direction, I don’t have a problem with continuing”.

In our separate exclusive chat with director Damien Leone, he also hinted he wasn’t done with the franchise.

When I asked about his future he said: “I’m not done with Terrifier yet, but there’s not only other horror projects, but I would love to transition into more crime and thriller [films].

“It would be dark content, probably violent content, you know, it’d be something like Taxi Driver, or, you know, Fight Club, Clockwork Orange, or Tarantino movies, you know, that kind of vibe.

“Yeah, I wouldn’t mind the way Cronenberg transitioned from Scanners into like, History of Violence yeah, that would be a cool transition.

“But I would never want to stop making horror movies.”

Phil Falcone went on to say about a possible fourth film: “We’re looking at Terrifier 4 being the, you know, I don’t want to say the end because you never know what’s going to happen.

“[Terrifier 3] is a long film, just like the last one.

“If he figures it out, and the [fourth] is going to be three and a half hours, that ain’t going to be good either.

“You never know if four could capture everything, because you don’t want to chince out on four.

You don’t want to say: “I got to cut this. I got to cut this”, to keep it down.

“So you try to make it where you’re you have a great, solid movie, and you don’t have gaps, especially if it’s the conclusion of a film”.
